Hello. I have tried several times to ask someone for clarification regarding my claim. I am trying to settle this claim myself without getting my lawyer involved.
However, due to no responses and return calls, I will have to take legal action at this time. This accident has not only caused me stress and anxiety but also an inconvenience on your driver's part.
Suppose a response is not received by April 1, 2025. I will have to move forward with legal representation.
